Article 1: General points

Article 2: Application and enforceability of the terms and conditions of sale

The fact of making an order implies complete acceptance without reservation of these general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any other document such as leaflets, catalogues or adverts issued by Meecom S.A.R.L - My Wedding Invitation Card and which have only an indicative value. The colours that we print have been chosen by our designers in order to respect the aesthetic criteria. The vendor cannot be held liable for a slight difference between the colours previewed and the colours of the delivered product or the texture of the paper. Likewise, digital or offset printing technologies may present colour differences between each copy. These slight variations in shade cannot under any circumstances be considered as faults. The quality of the images uploaded in resolution and colour is the complete responsibility of the purchaser. Our prints meet the Eurostandard norms. RGB files must contain an Adobe RGB 1998 profile, CMYK files a Eurostandard coated profile. The resolution of the images at the print size must not be less than 300 DPI and 400 DPI for logos. No check of any sort is performed on your entered text and uploaded images.

Article 4: Placing an order

Orders are only definitive once the proof has been approved by a click which indicates definitive acceptance of the product and the personalisation of the text and images created by the purchaser and payment has been made. An order confirmation receipt is sent to the purchaser by email. The benefit from the order is personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred without the agreement of Meecom S.A.R.L - My Wedding Invitation Card. All our works are payable upon order. In accordance with article L0.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is not practiced for any articles personalised at your request and according to your specifications. Article 5: The customer's responsibilities

You are personally responsible for the use of content including in your products, other images, graphics, text, or other objects. You guarantee that your products will not infringe any third party rights, including the rights of intellectual property, registered trademark, invasion of privacy and that they do not libel or defame a third party and that you have all the required rights or permissions necessary for the incorporation of third party products into your products. By making an order on this website you guarantee that you have all the necessary rights, permissions and authorities to make the order and that you authorise Meecom S.A.R.L - My Wedding Invitation Card to print the products for your account.

Article 6: Property rights and copyrights

This website contains graphics, photographs, images, document templates, templates, text, character fonts, software and other information (hereafter referred to as "content"). This website and all its content are the property under intellectual property rights of Meecom S.A.R.L - My Wedding Invitation Card or the property under reproduction rights of parties who have given Meecom S.A.R.L - My Wedding Invitation Card the authorisation to use such property. Delays in delivery times cannot give rise to damages, or the cancellation of orders in progress.
