1 - Are there any additional printing costs?
No. Our prices already include printing costs.

2 - Are envelopes supplied?
Yes, in the same quantity as the invitations ordered.
LThe envelopes supplied are "white vellum Prestige" type envelopes except for invitations on recycled paper; in which case, they are made of 100% recycled paper.

3 - Can I have a catalogue?
Our catalogue is currently being published.
You can request a catalogue from us by specifying the date of your wedding.
We will send you one as soon as possible.

4 - Do you deliver outside mainland United Kingdom?
We can deliver your wedding invitations to French overseas territories (Dom-Tom), to European Union member states and more generally to Europe. A contribution to the shipping costs is required and must be added to your wedding stationery order:

5 - What are the printing time frames?
All orders placed before 10am are printed the same day* in our printing office.

6 - What are the delivery time frames?
Delivery is made via the United Kingdom post office services parcel post.
The delivery times are several days to mainland United Kingdom and generally less than a week to overseas territories and Europe.

7 - How can I modify the page layout and add or delete text?
Personalisation can be done simply and intuitively.
If you want to personalise your invitation further (delete some information, add text or a photo), you can call upon the services of our graphic artists who will create your page layout according to your recommendations while taking into account the graphics on the invitation that you have selected.
This all inclusive service is charged at 49.99 Euros however many invitations have been ordered. It must be added to your basket at the same time as you place your invitation order.
Once we have completed your modifications, you will receive a proof by email in the form of a preview in .jpg format. You simply need approve this and we will begin printing.

8 - Can I make a pre-order or reservation to be delivered more quickly?
It is better to wait and have all the necessary information and then place your order in complete tranquillity.
The personalisation of our announcements is done very quickly and they are printed entirely by us in one phase (card background and personalised text).

9 - How can I follow the progress of my order or request a reprint of a previous order?
You can follow your order's status or request a reprint directly from your client account.
Before each delivery, we will send an email including your delivery address details and your parcel tracking number.
You can track your package by visiting the La Poste website.
